My name is Paul Boxcer and I have been practising Physiotherapy for over 10 years now. During this time, I have been fortunate enough to work all over the UK as well as one of the top sports clinics in New Zealand.

 

During this time I have constantly analysed why people suffer from Low Back Pain or Sciatica and also how they respond to the treatment they are subsequently given.

 

Both Low Back Pain & Sciatica are closely related in their causes, as what can cause one can also cause the other. For example...

 

1) A Herniated Disc is enough to cause Low Back Pain, yet if that herniation begins to irritate some of the nerve roots which form the Sciatic Nerve, it is likely Sciatica will also result.

 

2) If the Facet Joints of the lower back become aggravated, this will cause Low Back Pain, yet if any subsequent inflammation involves the nerve roots which form the Sciatic Nerve, Sciatica is likely to result.

 

3) A Tight Piriformis Muscle can place increased stress across the Sacro Iliac Joint, causing Low Back Pain. However, the Sciatic Nerve passes either straight through or directly underneath the Piriformis muscle. Consequently if this muscle is tight it may also aggravate the Sciatic nerve directly, resulting in Sciatica.

 

There are other examples I could use, but my point is the treatment principles, although differing slightly, are pretty much the same.

 

As a result of the analysis I have carried out, I have developed my own way of treating these very debilitating conditions. This approach is very simple and straight forward to use, as it optimises your body's own healing process, yet incredibly effective.

 

In order to make this approach available for everyone to benefit from, I decided to write my book "Free Yourself of Back Pain & Sciatica" This book takes you by the hand and guides you effortlessly through a self assessment procedure, as if you were in the Physiotherapy Department with me. 

 

From there, you are then shown how to analyse your body's reactions to certain postures and activities, all in order to provide yourself with the optimum conditions for your body to heal itself.

Your book is very beneficial for my case and I find it very interesting especialy where You explain why we feel the pain and how the body works. Paul your course, site, knowledge, and willingness to help brought me relief from a very painful and life-slowing problem... Your tips on stretching and sleeping positions did me a great deal of help. I have been getting better by stretching, putting my wallet in my front pocket, using a lumbar pillow when I have to sit,  avoiding agravating activities, and using an excersise ball to strengthen my involuntary back muscles, and I have been working on my posture

In about June of this year I began feeling sciatic pain down my left leg and into my toes...  I looked up Sciatic pain on the internet, just to work out for myself how it occured so maybe I could treat it another way... I came accross Paul BOXCER's website expert back care. 

I am not big on sending my credit card details on the internet but decided that Pauls book was worth a try. The cost was far less than physio and hospital. I thought I would give it a try as I had nothing to lose.
 
I subscribed and very soon after recived the ebook via e-mail. I read the ebook from start to finish and then worked out what exercises were for me. I was also surprised that Paul actually sent me a personal thanks for subscribing and then offered to answer any questions that I might have. Over the next few months I sent many e-mail questions to Paul and he responded timely and professionally to them offering advice to assist me with my pain.
 
At times I thought the pain would not go away but Paul offered support and guidance to me. I admit I actually went to a physio and was told that I was already doing the right exercises and that it was a pleasure to see someone doing the right thing for thier back. That visit cost 4 times the amount of Pauls book. I never went back again.

In June I was unable to walk pain free let alone run. I can now walk for 8 hours plus each day and running is no problem thanks to Paul, his book and support.
 
I am a Police Officer so walking and running is a big part of my daily routine. I am not super fit by any means and I am far from flexible however the exercises recommended to me from Pauls book and with his personal guidance I am able to get through each day painfree.

As someone who has experienced a few months of severe pain in my back, hips, knees and legs, I would like to thank Expert Back Care for the advice and exercises.

 

I credit the exercises with virtually 

curing my pain.  It is not a "quick fix". There is none of the "magic" 

often offered on similar sites.

 

Expert Back Care is the place to go 

if you are willing to be responsible for the health of your back  

and are willing to do a relatively small amount of work daily to 

get and stay healthy.

 

Although I said that it is not a "quick fix", I had more mobility and less pain within a few days of starting the program on the site.

Hi Paul

 

I would like to thank you with the regards to your book. It is helpful and very well explained therefore making it easy to follow and understand.

 

It has provided me with plenty of knowledge on how my back works, {never knew there were so many muscles that worked the back} therefore I am able to listen to my body and put to work a program of exercises to do.

 

As they are really easy to follow I now know I am doing the right activities and exercises for my back. In doing so it has made my back stronger and has improved some over the last few weeks.

 

I would recommend your book to any one suffering from low back pain and sciatica. I believe it’s a great book and a must have. It’s like having hands on physio in your own home. Woke up feeling great no pain last night, a first in a long time [I feel I am on a high}.

 

Today I went to see the consultant about my back pain, when I see him today he said that my back problems were all mechanical, {which I already worked out} and that I was nice and slim therefore I was not putting any due pressure on my back as I was not over weight.

 

He said as for my age it is wear and tear and that I would suffer some pain and I would have to grin and bare it. That actually made me smile as I don’t have to grin and bare it I will make it to the 100% pain free I know I will.
